Father's Day Stall


Thursday 31st August and Friday 1st September 2017.

All children will have the opportunity to visit the stall to purchase gifts.

We welcome volunteers to help on these two days.

Literacy and Numeracy Week Activities


To celebrate Literacy and Numeracy Week we have organised a range of rich activities to compliment the students learning.

We are excited to announce that the World of Maths Roadshow and 'From Halfway Around the World' Performance Tour will be coming to our school.

Life Education Mobile Classroom


The Life Education Mobile Classroom will be visiting CPS from Monday 21st August to Monday 4th September.

Notes and the payment of $10.00 need to be returned to school by Thursday 17th August.

There will be a Parent Information Session on Monday 21st August at 2.15pm. If you would like to attend please call the school on 9308 1228.

Foundation Swimming


Foundation swimming lessons will commence on Friday 8th September.

Children will go to the pool on Friday 8th, Monday 11th, Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th, Thursday 14th, Friday 15th, Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th, Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st.

Blue Light Disco


On Friday 8th September a Blue Light Disco will be held in our school gym. The disco begins at 6.30 pm and concludes at 8.30 pm. The cost of entry is $7.00.

The disco is for children in Grades 3, 4, 5 and 6.

The Uniform Shop will be open on Tuesday mornings (8.30 to 11.00am) and Thursday afternoons (2.30 - 5.00pm) in the Multi-Purpose Room.

The uniform is also available through an online shop.

Premiers' Reading Challenge


There is less than a month left in the Premiers' Reading Challenge.

Children have until Friday 8th September to complete the challenge.

Please make sure to enter all read books onto the PRC website.

Grades 3 and 4 Hooptime Basketball


A selection of children from Grades 3 and 4 will represent our school in one of 8 teams that will compete on Friday 25th August.
The competition will be held at Craigieburn Leisure Centre.

Please return the permission slip with payment of $15.00 by Tuesday 22nd August.

EAL Friday's Talk and Tea


We would like to welcome parents of students in the EAL program with Mrs Tapungao to get together for a cup of tea on Fridays at 2.15pm in the Conference Room.

CPS celebrates Science Week


Science Week is a special week that encourages schools to celebrate the world of science. It celebrates and highlights science, scientists as well as science in our everyday lives.

On Monday 14th August students from Grades 1 to 6 will be participating in a special incursion by Fizzics Education to explore the world of science .
